What should the kids wear?
We recommend kids wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little messy.While we do provide aprons to help protect their clothing, acrylic paint can sometimes stain,
especially on light colours like white. Paint parties are all about creativity, so it’s best to dress
for fun, not fashion!
Are the paints safe for kids?
Absolutely. We use non-toxic, child-safe acrylic paints and make sure all materials are safe
for use.
What age group is the party suitable for?
Our creative parties are perfect for children aged 5 and up. Activities can be adapted to suit
different age groups and abilities.
What is included in the adult hot food platter?
The adult hot food platter includes a variety of items such as:

- Spring Rolls
How many sandwiches are in an adult platter? What are they?
Our adult platter includes 40 pieces of assorted sandwiches. The assortment consists of:
- Tuna
- Chicken & Cheese
- Egg
- Salami & Cheese
What is the size of an adult platter?
An adult platter is designed to serve between 15 to 18 people.
How many items does each kid get?
The adult hot food platter includes a variety of items such as:
- 3 Nuggets
- 2 Party Pies
- 2 Sausage Rolls
How many pizzas will I get for a party with 12 kids?
4 large pizzas are provided for 12 kids. A large pizza has 8 slices each.
Do the kids get to take home what they make?
Yes! Every child takes home their painted canvas and their customised trinkets, unique creations they’ll be proud of.
Do you provide gluten free pizza options?
Yes, we provide a gluten free pizza base. Additional cost of $5 per pizza applies.
Can I order extra pizza for my guests?
Absolutely. A traditional large pizza is available for $20.
Can I bring my own food?
Can adults bring their own food? Yes — adults are welcome to bring their own food. A $55 catering surcharge applies per booking. If you purchase $100 or more in food for adults from our menu, the surcharge is waived. For food purchases under $100, the $55 fee still applies.
For Kids: No, you cannot bring your own food for kids as their meals are included as part of the standard party package.
Can I bring a cake?
Yes, you can bring your own cake.
Can I bring my own drinks?
No, bringing your own drinks is not allowed. Drinks can be purchased on the premises.
Can we bring alcohol for adults?
No – we don’t allow alcohol consumption at kids parties hosted by SmashX.
Do you cater for gluten-free, vegetarian, or halal dietary requirements?
Yes, we do cater to gluten-free, vegetarian, and halal dietary requirements. Please speak to us in advance, and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
What is the fee if I want to extend the function by 1 hour?
If you wish to extend your function by 1 hour, the following fees apply:
- Function Room: $50 per hour
- Use of Courts: $30 per hour
- Soccer/Cricket Arena: $80 per hour
